First 70 or above temps for 2007 The cold winter is now over. It was a very cold winter in Vegas. We had the coldest temps since February 2002. Many morning found it below freezing and the days did not get out of the 40'S. Now we are back into some nice weather and it looks like it will stay with us, with no more real cold temps till fall and winter. No Comments: |

The first rain amount over just a trace. Today we started with rain in the AM and by dark we had well over 1/4 inch of rain. The first amount of rain that could be mesured in a long time. Cooler temps and rain, maybe fall is really here in Vegas! No Comments: |

The Last days of triple digits temperatures for this year With much cooler temperatures over the past few days and forecast temps to be in the 80's through the weekend, it looks as if we may have seen the last of the triple digit readings for the year. The last 100 degree plus day this year was September 12th when the mercury rose to 101 degrees. Last year we recorded our last triple digit reading for the year on September 8th. Comments: You gotta be happy! It's raining!
I do have to say that the reason I moved to Vegas was for
the sunny weather. But I have to admit the rain today was
nice! by Lin (PM , CC ) on Thursday October 5, 2006 @ 10:13 PM
